An idol may be a filmstar, an emblematic person or musician – classic, jazz, pop or rock depending what generation you are looking at.   This evening’s exciting route will let us listen to and re-live the music and power of some idols. There are classical composers, jazz players, some incredibly successful pieces, and bands that have already – or will probably – break the barriers of space and time. ‘On stage’ we’ll hear Bach, Duke Ellington, the Beatles, and famous items from Jesus Christ Superstar.  You can enjoy them ‘live’ with Silent Dance, a system of wireless headphones also worn by the dancers/performers balancing along the banks of the lake… and all this in the magnificent setting of the Isola Bella, one of the pearls of Lake Maggiore, for an unforgettable evening.

Venue

Isola Bella, Stresa

Isola Bella is a place of splendor thanks to the recurrent blooming and the priceless architectural treasures that blends into a wonderful microcosm. Since when it was transformed from barren rock to a blooming garden, the island appears as a galleon floating on the blue waters of the Lago Maggiore as his founder, Vitaliano VI Borromeo, meant for her. Visiting this place allows you to live a normal day of a long-gone era. Here, the baroque boldly blends with the green architectures of the garden, creating a sight for sore eyes.
