Bernard Foccroulle, one of today’s most esteemed organists, offers an interesting program centered on the strong German organ tradition. J.S. Bach takes first place, with his mentor Buxtehude, as worthy representatives of the Lubeck school, but we then move on from Frescobaldi to Berio, ending up with a tribute from Foccroulle to Buxtehude.
