| Musical windows dressing competition |

The competition Musical Window dressing was created and realized thanks to the collaboration with the newspaper La Stampa and with the "Pro loco" of Stresa, and it aims to promote both the Festival and the region. The competiotn takes place in August, the "Festival month". The shops and restaurants in Stresa use their windows to promote the Festiva, realizing an ideal path through the town, attracting, all month long, both tourists and inhabitants. In the competition period the newspaper La Stampa daily publishes the shop windows pictures and a voucher with which the readers may vote the window they prefer. See the 2010 edition
