The Settimane Musicali di Stresa e del Lago Maggiore has been pursuing for the past few editions an innovative path, mainly by broadening the offer of the concert venues. Indeed, after the first editions concentrated in the Stresa Congress Hall, Isola Bella and Isola Madre, the Festival has taken to make use of the most fascinating and artistically outstanding sites on and around the lake.

The peculiarity of the Settimane Musicali is to present its encounters in elegant and historic frames, of inestimable artistic inheritance, which involve the audience beyond the listening part in foreshortenings and landscapes of unforgettable beauty.

The highlights of the calendar are precisely the venues... on the water , whether on the Lago Maggiore or on the Lago d'Orta, although all the concert venues, chosen paying careful attention to each detail, offer unique emotions. Once discovered they cannot easily be forgotten.
