The Church of S.S. Crocifisso is part of the Collegio Rosmini, on the homonymous hill, in front of the Borromeo Gulf. In the church are preserved the remains of the internationally-known abbot and philosopher Antonio Rosmini, friend of famous Alessandro Manzoni.

HOW TO REACH IT

By car:
from Milan / Turin:  with the motorway A26 direction Gravellona Toce - exit Carpugnino, the gate of the Collegio is situated on the road down to the lake, half way on the right.
from Domodossola / Sempione: with the SS 33 and then with the motorway A26 direction Gravellona Toce - exit Carpugnino, the gate of the Collegio is situated on the road down to the lake, half way on the right.
from Locarno: by the SS 34 direction Verbania, driving along the lake towards Stresa.

By train:
Stresa railway station is on Milan - Domodossola/Geneva - Berne line. All the most important trains stop in Stresa.

By plane:
The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, away 50 km from Stresa. There is a network of frequent buses to connect the airport to Milan railway station.

INFORMATION

Ticket office opens one hour before the beginning of the concert. The church opens 30 minutes later.
Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the music.
The using of cameras, video cameras, and recording equipments is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones and watch alarms should be turned off.
