Stresa Music Academy in 2007 organized a meeting with violin player Leonidas Kavakos , who on Wednesday August 29 met at Hotel La Palma's Villa Francesca in Stresa, few selected violin players.

Kavakos, touring around the world, stopped in Stresa for one concert at the Congress Hall with 'his' Camerata Salzburg on August 26 and another one, on August 28, with Enrico Dindo and Andrea Lucchesini on Isola Bella, in the Palazzo Borromeo Tapestry Hall.
During the lesson, followed by several listener students, Daniele Petralia played the piano.
