L’ingegner Giovanni Medeot, già Presidente dell’Associazione Settimane Musicali di Stresa – Festival Internazionale negli ultimi tre anni, è stato rieletto per il prossimo triennio.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Associazione, riunito venerdì 27 marzo nella sede di via Carducci, ha espresso il proprio voto all’unanimità.
Nel corso dello stesso Consiglio il Maestro Gianandrea Noseda è stato rinominato Direttore Artistico del Festival per i prossimi tre anni.
Nella stessa giornata è giunta la notizia che Il Presidente della Repubblica, Giorgio Napolitano, ha concesso il suo Alto Patronato alla 48^ edizione delle Settimane Musicali di Stresa e del Lago Maggiore.
Il Capo dello Stato per il terzo anno consecutivo ha voluto riconoscere al Festival il merito di essere un’istituzione musicale di rilevanza nazionale ed internazionale nonché evento importante nella promozione turistica e culturale del territorio.
