How to purchase
The Ticket Office is located in Via Carducci 38 – Stresa.

Opening Hours: from Monday to Friday and on concert days (including Saturdays and holidays): 10:00 am – 1:00 pm / 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Tickets office will re-open at the venue one hour before the beginning of the concert.
Do not buy Festival tickets through an unauthorised on-line agency.
Stresa Festival tickets are sold ONLY as follows:
- online at the official website of the Stresa Festival
- on the website of Vivaticket
- by telephone to the number 0323 31095 (0039 from abroad)
- by e-mail to: boxoffice@stresafestival.eu
- at the Festival office in Stresa
Online Box Office
We recommend you buy your ticket(s) in advance, through the >ONLINE BOX OFFICE< on the website.
Tickets and subscriptions can also be purchased by sending a message to boxoffice@stresafestival.eu or telephoning (0039 from abroad) 0323 31095.
It is simple and safe to buy tickets or subscriptions on the Festival website.
You will receive your tickets conveniently at your own e-mail address.
If you want to be really green, don’t print your ticket!
Just download the pdf to your smartphone or tablet and show it at the entrance to the concert.
Buying tickets on-line
- To start, enter the web page for the event you want to attend and follow the instructions.
- If you want more than one ticket in the same site, select the appropriate subscription or ticket(s) and proceed with the purchase.
- If you are entitled to a discount, send a copy of the document entitling you to the boxoffice@stresafestival.eu specifying the concert/event you want the ticket for, and ask for the discount code for the direct online purchase.
- If you are younger than 26, send the boxoffice@stresafestival.eu a copy of your identity card, or other identity document (such as passport), specifying which concert/event you want the ticket for, and you will be sent the discount code for buying your Music P@ss directly at the event.
ATTENTION! When you come to a Festival event, always bring your discount document and an identify with you. You will be asked to show them at the entrance to events.
Advance booking
A presale charge of € 2,00 is applied on tickets booked in advance.
This is not applied to subscriptions or to tickets sold the evening of the event.
How to pay
When tickets or subscriptions are booked in advance the Festival ticket office must give the client confirmation. Payment may be made in one of the following ways:

The concert site box office can accept ‘Bancomat’ or credit cards to pay for tickets.
Tickets cannot be returned, but can be reimbursed within five days if the event is cancelled.
