A Mozart celebration: we will end the Festival on a high note!

As a memorable ending to this 62nd edition of the Festival, we pay a heartfelt tribute to Mozart’s genius and talent. The Stresa Festival Hall wil host an outstanding new orchestra of French musicians, Le Concert de la Loge, conducted by their first violin and soloist, Julien Chauvin. The program presents a new way of playing Mozart, less ‘dramatic’ and lighter, on original instruments. The mainstays of this evening’s Mozartian ‘celebration’ are his Symphony no.39, the Symphony concertante for violin, viola and orchestra and Symphony no. 41 “Jupiter”.
